Hi guys i really have less motivation, im reading all articles n trying to rebuildmy stamina to get strt, im ve a bad back n legs pain cnt walk t much, my heals painings may be due to access weight, so i strted nwo with 4 times green tea, is it ok? to save my heals n legs from pain but to sweat my slef how much walk shall i do n how can i increase it , plz help
