It is interesting reading of persons contacting advanced green tea to reaturn product and cancel accounts. These people are not able to speak to a live person on the phone after many efforts to do so and are being charged for product they have asked to discontinue. I have been in contact with several gov. agencies about this green tea company in an effort to have my own situation resolved with them. Please contact the Federal Trade Commission, The Attorney General, Bill McCollum, and the Dept. of Business Professional Regulators. They will assist you to have your money returned. Good luck.

To whom it may concern: I have written to you before about this problem. I cancelled my order twice and returned the unopened package to the address on the package but you still charged my account for the items sent to me. I called today to speak with one of your representatives and they told me to write to you, once again, regarding the billing reversal.
