hello all! im an athletic person and I spend most of my day working out and practising. I have been drinking black tea before workout for a long time and it seemed to give me a great boost in performance .As time passed on I have been suffering lack of sleep and having multi sleep disorder. I know its probably I got addictive to the caffiene and it could be a side effect from my addiction to it, so I was just wondering are there any herbal teas that can help in athletic performance and can be generablly beneficial and good for the body and athletic perfomance? I bought Caraway Tea,Thyme Tea and Chamomile Tea, would any of these be good?
oh one more thing, What about having Green Tea Before Bed Time, does it work the opposite way as black tea?

Check the teas you buy, look for Decaffeinated Teas, you get the beneficial things in tea without the caffeine side affect.

alternatives for black tea? black women.since you spend most of your day working out , you should have no problem getting one and they'll help you sleep better.
