  Yes,it is very useful for cold and also tea is good for the throat,Lemon is also very useful for nails and it has vitamin A.

  black tea is next best
  and add whatever is enjoyed best honey is good & lemon
  you can get it decafinated

  to clear up more especially if getting any chest congestion Ecaliptys heated and inhale the steam

  if any stomach problems anything with ginger in it-or ginger root tea for upset stomach, sipped slowly

  make sure you take vitamin c if you dont drink orange juice

  and elect to keep your body healthy, eat proper diet, starving your body is a poor election
