Ginger is a good cure for Nausea. Some people have it in the form of ginger tea, others by tablet form. Then there is always the natural raw form if you like it that way.
It has a calming effect and is really popular for nausea created by travel sickness.

There are various but get the doc or a qualified experienced herbalist to check out for you - neither doc nor herbalist may know how the 2 would work together either so be aware.

Fennel is soothing and calming for the stomach both in tea form or straight from the plant.

    Chamomile makes a calming tea.

Peppermint can help with digestive disorders, it is slightly stimulating.

Parsley tea is amazing as is eating parsley.

    Ginger from the caribbean.

Maybe try reducing fatty foods, red meats and dairy products they can cause over acidity.

Both mint tea and ginger tea or ginger pills are good for nausea. Lemon in water can also be helpful.

If I were you, however, I would also see your natural health care provider to explore why you have been nauseous for so long. It could be that one or more of the medicines that you are taking could be a cause. It is worth exploring the cause instead of just treating the symptoms.

Yep. Ginger tea. Make some yourself to avoid using a tea that has tons of other things in it. Google 'making ginger tea' to learn how. You can also take ginger powder in capsules.

I've heard mint tea can also work, or steep your own mint leaves for 30 mins and drink it… also chew on the boiled mint leaves to relieve nausea.

You say you take a lot of medications. Maybe you should talk to your MD about the nausea. Could be resolved by reducing a dose of one or more meds, finding another alternative to one or more meds, or adding another med (not a great answer).

I made my own tea blend, mint and chamomile. It really helped me. You can also eat candied ginger, but beware, the sugars may be a bit much, just nibble.

peppermint and ginger tea with a bit of honey

ginger is quite effective…this has been shown in scientific studies, not just the usual Alt Med testimonials

However….nausea for "a couple months" is not normal, and may indicate an underlying medical problem. You should see your doctor about this.
