I know you said not to mention sugar…but have you tried Sugar in the Raw? Raw Sugar from Hawaii? Try it…it's delicious!

I love to add honey, lemon, or mint to my green tea. Honey and lemon are my favorites though.

I like honey, fresh mint leaves are good, too. You could also throw in some rasberries while it steeps. Yum.

believe it or not a splash of milk and a little honey removes that bitter taste that green tea has and makes it not only good for you but tasty too.

I see that others have mentioned a favorite of mine, which I drank all over the Middle East, and that is a handful of fresh (spear)mint and sugar.
You can always add a bit of any fruit juice or fruit juice concentrate too (or substitute some of the juice for the water when you first brew it)… there are loads of fruit juices out there, and you could even experiment with fruit jams and jellies or other purees. There's also the juice from canned fruits.
And you could also use fruit sodas, or just add bubbly water, especially if you make iced green teas.
Other possibilities might be ginger (possibly with lemon, etc.), or other spices.
