does anybody know if these really work? has anybody even heard of them.. I see no questions regarding the pills, only the tea.

i’ve never heard of the pills, but they might sell them. it’s probably just tea extract from oolong tea leaves. I probably would not suggest this, but find some oolong tea and drink it. It’s more natural and probably retains most of the micronutrients you get from tea.

Don’t waste your cash. It is simply oolong tea ground up in a capsule. Just go to your local asian food store and buy green tea or oolong tea. Get it loose, not in the bag.
Drink the tea, you can eat the leaves if you want, they are tasty. Or you can make iced tea out of it.
You will spend 4 or 5 bucks for a nice sized tin of the tea, it will last you a long time, get the same benefit plus the extra water to help fill you up.
