Anyone ever attempt to use Oolong tea for weight loss boost? Does it work?

Ive been reading some research that suggests that oolong tea speeds up metabloism faster than Green tea. Anyone try it in addition to excersise and deiting?

      I haven't heard anything about it. But if you really want to lose weight then excersize and eat less calories. Don't count on a tea. Gee get off that couch and exercise and you'll feel better as well.

      Don't ever do that….my sister drank so much Oolong tea to loose weight, she was almost loosing her mind! Coz really it does nothing to your body (or at least in terms of weight-loss)

      Just eat right and exercise regularly, you'll be fine. Don't drink stuffs people recommend, or even worse- take pills! Life just doesn't work that way.

      I drink a blend of "gunpowder" green tea, and Oolong.

      It has never helped me with my weight.

      Gunpowder gets its name because the leaves are rolled into pellets, and the pellets resemble grains of gunpowder,

      Yes, oolong tea does work, you have to drink it after every meal, it speeds up your metabolism and helps you to loose weight. I have drank it and it works. Green tea also helps but it makes me deficate alot! LOL but it was worth it.

      I started taking oroolong tea after my histeroptpmi, and I felt more active, it help me with my colon and I am loosing whiegt. I think it depends on your mental state and active life pluss all you put in your mouth IT COUNTS..
      So learn to eat heathy… I drink my tea first thing in the morning….
