White teas are the best (more antioxidants, vitamins, less caffeine, etc.) Green teas are second, next are red teas and black teas.
White teas are the baby leaves. Green teas are treated before they are dried, black and red teas are just dried.

White tea is the young emerging leaves that are picked and dryed. Green tea is the same thing but they are fermented.
Red tea, if you mean Rooibos is not "TEA" at all but another type of plant from Africa that they found has a wonderful flavor when brewed. It is also caffine free.
I guess it depends on who you talk to as to health benifits. I hear that white tea is best for anti-oxidants, but I was also told by my tea man that Rooibos was better. Either way if you are drink tea you are doing good.
