I’ve started drinking this stuff almost daily and today I looked at the label.
For the most part it sounds pretty good. The only concern is the 19g of sugar that it contains but for a whole can ( Those “tall boy” kind of cans, 710 ml I think) that doesn’t seem to bad. Could this be a health alternative to pop? It tastes great AND it’s good for you?
I’m not very good with nutrition and whatnot, I’m still learning.
