So I just bought some Arizona green tea, and I was just wondering if it is good for you.
I think it is loaded with sugar since the label says "GINSENG and HONEY" so I know that is not good for you. But is there any health benefits to it?
And I am pretty sure the natural green tea is better for you, like the one you make with the tea bags and boiling water, but I really don't like hot green tea.
If it is not healthy is their any alternatives or a way to make hot green tea taste better.

Green tea is a good way to start your morning and is filled with antioxidants.

well, obviously it's better for you than a soda, and I can't stoamch the hot green tea either.

It's better than soda, but brewed tea is healthier. I steep a bag in 16 oz. of hot water for about an hour, add 1 packet of Splenda and enough ice to bring the volume to about 32 oz. and drink that. I don't care for hot green tea either.

Err, any of that crap doesn't really have anything good for you. What good it does have is basically cancelled out with the loads of crap it has in it.

bottled teas (araizona, snapple, etc) are full of sugar.
