I would ask her doctor first just to be safe bout it.

Black and green both have caffeine.
I doubt a pediatrician would say there's a problem with giving a little chamomile tea…..jsut make sure it's not too strong or too hot.

My babies' pediatrician recommended peppermint herbal tea so that my babies would drink water to clean their gums and teeth as they grew in and to help with gas. As long as there's no caffeine it should be fine.

My doctor recommended that i give my 3 month old daughter chamomile tea, to help sooth her. Hope this helps

My pediatrician told me not to give my child tea because it contains ingredients that are hard for the child to digest.

There is no exact age, but one has to be careful what is in it. For example, I would not give an 18 month old anything with caffeine or ginseng.
Just read the labels, or look up the effects of the tea online and you should be fine.

so long as she has no allergies or medical conditions and don't give large amounts an occasional cup of warm -caffeine free tea should be fine.

I have given my son Celestial Season's Sleepy Time Tea since he was 11 mo. I asked his doctor first and he said it was fine. You should bring in any tea you would like to try. Some herbal ingredients can cause reactions with certain medications. Also, there are some 'roots' that are bad for children. Good Luck. (my son loves the sleepy time tea warm or cold, it helps if he is not feeling well. )
