Blue Cohosh will encourage contractions, Black will help them be more regular if you're already having them. Also helpful are evening primrose oil (oral or applied to your cervix), pennyroyal, cinnamon, basil, and yeasted foods. However - walking and sex work better than any of these. Good luck - I'm also 38 weeks, been suffering like you for over a week, but with my BF out of town for work, have to wait 2 more days. If I can.
