Do regular black, green and white teas have the same antioxidant amounts as the proclaimed weight managment miracle oolong tea?

Hmm… Well Oolong and Green teas come from the same leaf. Oolong is slightly fermented and as such has more caffeine. I don’t know if the fermentation process yields any additional health benefits. I tend to think green tea is probably better for you in light of the caffeine, but I prefer to drink oolong because I like the taste of some of the products out there and it helps in blocking fatty products in getting in to your blood streams. It also helps in draining all the fatty oils out of your digestive system.

I like to drink the “red” teas - Pu-Erh - they are different fermented than green or others. Try to drink every kind of tea, and you will feel which one is good for you.
If you drink black tea, drink with a little half & half or milk because it is better for your stomach.
Never use sugar or any flavoring - enjoy the teas’ own flavor.
