Basically its just what the question says. I am wondering if I drink Green Tea with each meal (no sugar added), and cut back on my meals, and do Donna Richardsons "Sweating In The Spirit" Workout video, do you think I can loose wait that way? I way 210.5 pounds and im only 16 years old, and I have not told my parents yet and im scared. School starts August 25th and I want to look different the next time I go back, and with the diet plan I am do where I cant eat no more than 1,000 calories a day. But does this sound alright in a plan?
DIET PLAN:
Breakfast(if any)
green tea, and cut back half on what I normally eat
Lunch(if any)
green tea, and cut back on what I normally eat like french fries(if any), its hard for me to eliminate fried foods altogether but to just cut back on what I do eat thats fried will be good will it?
Dinner:
Green Tea, and half of what I normally eat. And then do the workout video.
Does this little plan sound good? Any additional info will be greatly accepted

it could work, but my guess is you'll still be hungry. You'd be better off eating healthier, pay attention to the amount of calories you eat. Fruit and Vegetables are healthier and you can eat more of them because theres fewer calories in them than other foods. Canned vegetables are just as fine as fresh ones. I advise writing down everything you eat, what times, and how much that way you're paying attention to how much you're eat and how often. Swimming is great exercise. I would stay away from sodas, potato chips and such. An egg has 60 calories in it, you'll be less tempted to pile bunches of cheese and butter on it, if you just hard boil them and let them cool, it'll be just like a deviled egg minus the fattening mayonnaise. Hope it helps, any other questions you can email me.
