Personally I don't think that that has been proven. All it really has are a few antioxidants and ginseng. Medical research has shown that the susceptibility of getting cancer in humans has remained the same in those who do and do not drink tea on a daily basis.

I tried a green tea from a health shop, it empties out the intestine and the build up of $hit that stays in your body. It makes you feel like MR WHIPPY!

After drinking green tea for the past 2 months as I'm desperately trying to avoid dairy products, I think it only helps you lose weight through water-loss! It works by its wonderful antioxidant properties … encouraging you to urinate more often than with other drinks. (lager and beer not included!)

I know a better diet solution. Try Weight Loss / Hoodia Sample. It helps suppress hunger and control appetite. Just be careful where you get your Hoodia sample. Here's a website http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for the product details.

      Green Tea for weight loss

A Green Tea Diet is the regular intake of green tea. Green tea can be used as a drink, pill and as a weight loss patch. To get rid of your weight problem you either need to lower you food intake or increase your energy expenditure.

The green tea weight loss effect is due to the EGCG antioxidant that increases energy expenditure and accelerates fat burning. That makes Green Tea Diet a very smart choice for all people who hate strict dieting, or are tired of starving, or everyday exercising.

Green tea weight loss diet is a great way for everyone to lose weight easily and naturally, without any negative side effects.
