I'm a girl trying to lose 10 lbs. and i'm excercising to slim down and get rid of some fat around my legs and arms. I eat alot of fresh organic produce, vegetables, fruits and whole grains and I drink 8 or more bottles of water daily and 2 cups of soy milk. I like to drink Arizona green tea (im addicted to it and if i don't drink it i get cranky) i drink 3 or 4 cups a day. Is it bad? Would drinking it ruin my diet?

it isn't exactly bad for you; however, anything with calories can eventually make you gain weight

It has a lot of sugar in it, sadly. So you shouldn't drink it.

If you're really concerned, switch to the diet version (sweetened with Splenda and honey). I haven't experienced any weight gain drinking it.
