So all summer long I've been going to the gym every morning mon - friday burning at least 2000 calories on cardio, and then working on weight machines. Then I go to class for 3hrs 3 days a week, then I go to my summer job where I do ALOT of walking around. I haven't really seen any results until last week when I started drinking 2-3 bottles of green tea a day and plenty of water. Last week I lost exactly 5 lbs, and was wondering if it could be the green tea.
