I have 100 pounds to lose, and with chronic back pain, I can't exercise more than 30 minutes a day without being in agony. I have lost 3 or 4 pounds by cutting portion sizes, but am desperate. I love tea, and hate eating during the day. Will the tea, and a sensible dinner be enough to keep my metabolism going, or am I setting myself up for failure?
