I've used green tea, and green tea with coral calcium, which worked even better to keep my body-fat down.

There is no One single thing in the world that helps to lose weight, expect for starvation, I guess. So if you want to lose a few pounds, do a combination of things. And about the green tea– it is my favorite drink, and I drink it all the time, but I would not say that it helps me… it just tastes good…

The Diet one will, but tea has caffeine and caffeine aids in weight gain..Just limit yourself.

Hi there!
If it has caffeine in it, it will work like other fat burners. Caffeine raises your heartbeat, which increases your calorie burn. Therefore, if you control you calories, it can help you lose fat. However, if you are still eating too much, it will only slow the rate of gain.
