Just the other day i was flipping through a magazine *i was bored…* and saw that Oolong tea can cure acne. i did just a little bit of research but dident find much. Can it really help? i have a pretty moderate case of acne, on a scale 1 - 10 id say im around 7.5. 1 being clear skin and 10 being pretty bad =P

I have never heard of this before, however, Tea Tree Oil can help ALOT. There is also shampoos that contain tea tree oil and they are very good for dandruff… just some stuff I learned from my hairdresser!
What really helps for acne is a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide and and acne treatment that contains salicylic acid.. Good Luck!

From a scale of 1 - 10 for scientifically proven usefulness, Tea ranks at about a 2. Generally, very mild effects can be noticed, but most effects turn out to be a placebo effect.

i think it can help since oolong tea (or any kind of tea) cleases your body and removes toxins. acne are caused by toxins. just drink it…. if it doesn't clear out your acne, at least your body will be heathier

In fact not just oolong, many other floral tea leaves like osmanthus, jasmine, rose etc can have the same benefits. If you visit Chinese tea houses, most of them will hang a chart that states the health benefits of different tea leaves

I just started drinking the tea so, I dont know but the only thing that works for me is the acne gel from Mary Kay. It dries up the acne, it works!!!
