Why would you go to jail for that, other than it looking like you were drinking booze and trying to hide something in the brown bag?

UHHHH NO!! You would have to be drinking beer or other alcohol and I think cops would know the difference between the two. Also you can get arrested for being intoxicated in public. Maybe that was the prob!

Police are trained to look for the unusual.
People drink alchohol out of paper bags in an attempt to hide the bottle.
A cop could come up and ask you questions seeing as how its unusual for someone to be trying to hide a bottle of tea since theres no other reason to be drinking out of a bag. You can't be arreste for it though.

No! that's really not a very bright question and SO I think I better tell you that it's not a good idea to do that because you are going to have cops all over you and you'll have to answer questions. People in the park will turn you in by calling the cops on their cell phones and most of the time they call the 911 number, the police HAVE to respond. You could be cited for public nuisance, you'd have to go to court and explain and pay a fine.
So I'd suggest you stop with the childish behavior and just enjoy your life.
