So I'm trying to lose weight [like 15 pounds] and I heard that drinking green tea helps you lose weight faster since it increases your metabolism. Well I don't like the taste of green tea, so if you add sugar, does it still help you? If not, is there any type of sugar you can add?

but you will need to use BROWN sugar, it's sweeter and has less preservatives.
