I've never had an actual black tea bath. When you brew black tea in some water for a while and then press the bags against your skin, it will give you a slight tan. It also helps if you are burnt. It soothes your skin.

Yes, but VERY lightely, and it will not last very long.
I would recommend a sunless tanner.
My favorite self tanner is made by a company called 'Vani-T'!
It is actually an airbrush solution that can only be ordered online.
It comes in a 6%, 8%, 10%, and 12% solution. (Lightest to darkest)
I personally use the 8%, since my natural skintone is pale, with olive undertones.
I apply the solution, by mixing 1/2 solution to 1/2 lotion.
This stuff works the BEST!
