My cousin always gave her son caffeine free teas when he was younger…and I believe they were sometimes herbal. Just make sure they are caffeine free is all.

I would be careful with the herbal ones…they are not regulated for children and kids tend to react much stronger to things than adults. Maybe some warmed up apple cider (the deep apple juice for non-fall times), cocoa, or decaf regular tea. I would just be careful, I remember reading that herbs were not approved for little ones.

My 3 year old has been having Chamomile and honey since she was around 18 months old…as a treat though….or fruit tea would be fine as well….it really relaxes her!
