If I brew green tea from a tea bag and then mix it with iced tea powder and drink that, will I still be getting the benefits of the green tea?

yeah just not as much as you would get from a full glass of just green tea, but mixing it with another tea isnt going to like…make the good stuff in green tea just dissapear. its fine

Sugar will not interfere with the absorption of the antioxidants in green tea. I drink green tea daily and sometimes sweeten it up with honey, lemon or a fruity syrup! As long as you’re drinking the green tea you’re getting the benefits of the antioxidants, just watch the intake of whatever your mixing it with for other obvious reasons!

Yes as you are still drinking the green tea ,only masking some of the taste with the other tea. There is a green iced tea mix available in most stores so you don’t have to mix your own

Absolutely, the benefits aren’t going to go away by adding another tea flavor or kind. Enjoy!
