Technically yes, but why you'd want to….. I think that would smell pretty bad. As a matter of fact, I know it will. I'm not sure the effects of it either. A caffeine high, perhaps?

Why would you want to smoke it? It has no effects when smoked.. except to shrivel up your lungs perhaps. I wouldn't suggest smoking green tea, because really there is no point to it, no effects or benefits. Might as well smoke pot instead, and just drink your green tea.
