can you use green or black tea as skin cleanser?

i was just wondering can i like add liquid soap and use as a scurb.i knw about drinking them and there good that way but just external is what im looking for
also can i like add things like lemon or something?

      Of course you can.

      Lemon is a great natural exfoliant, but it burns like hell if you have any scars or wounds on your face. Plus, if you do it too often it'll dry out your skin.
