Alright I posted my concerns at another forum asking for a quick solution to a quick weight loss. But I will recap so if you have anything else that might work.
My situation is I realize this is not going to be a permenant fix, I am just looking for something that can make me look and feel better for this weekend event that I am going to. I have started to cut back on my eating "bad food" and working out. I just need that extra boost, for this weekend. I sound like a teenager but I wanna impress this guy!
Well a poster said something about chinese oolong tea, that she lost 6 pounds in 5 days, so I am wondering does this work? Is that all that I need to take for the 5 days or what?
Also I am also wanting other thoughts to other methods that could possibly work.
Please nothing rude, because like I said I realize this is not a permenant fix just something to help me feel and look better for the weekend.

Oolong tea is good for you but no…I don't think it will make you loose that much wt so quickly unless that is the only thing you are drinking. But if you do want to do a drastic diet like that…for just a few days…you might want to try the lemonade detox diet. Here is a website that describes it well and what you need to do. I have tried this…although I lasted only abt 5 days…but it did make me feel better and like I had cleansed my body…and of course lost quite a bit of water weight.
