Alright I posted my concerns at another forum asking for a quick solution to a quick weight loss. But I will recap so if you have anything else that might work.
My situation is I realize this is not going to be a permenant fix, I am just looking for something that can make me look and feel better for this weekend event that I am going to. I have started to cut back on my eating "bad food" and working out. I just need that extra boost, for this weekend. I sound like a teenager but I wanna impress this guy!
Well a poster said something about chinese oolong tea, that she lost 6 pounds in 5 days, so I am wondering does this work? Is that all that I need to take for the 5 days or what?
Also I am also wanting other thoughts to other methods that could possibly work.
Please nothing rude, because like I said I realize this is not a permenant fix just something to help me feel and look better for the weekend.

Yes the chinese oolong tea will work but if you really want to impress this guy just be yourself im a guy and thats what i would want

i think that makes u go to the bathroom a lot which could ruin ur weekend. i wouldn't experiment with something new right now. maybe take a ginseng supplement to make u feel energized. sounds like u r doing enough don't worry u'll have a good time the way u are : )

Is there really a quick solution to 'quick' weight loss.
Perhaps the food intake should be less and the exercise output.
