Coffee and tea activate ur brain when u drink them, so u can drink them if u feel too sleepy and tired. Can u use chocolate or green tea for the same thing?

chocolate will give you an energy boost, because of all the sugar, yes. however this will be very temporary, won't last long at all, and will probably leave you feeling even more sleepy once the sgar high is gone.
green tea has caffeine and would work to keep you awake but you would have to drink lots of it as the caffeine content is not as high as coffee or regular tea.

They are both anti-oxidants and help improve your brain power, chocolate does infact give you a boost of energy, but

      green tea unfortunately does not,

though it has several cancer curing properties and in the long run will make you feel less drosy, tired and irritated.

I know it calms me down and chocolate gives me energy.
So They're both the perfect ingradients for harmony.
I'm happy with some energy and absolutly stress free.

Wheras with coffee and tea people get hyper for some time and after that feel drowsy again as the effect is temporary.
Though chocolate can do the same.

      Take care :)
      xx
      Hannah.
