So I love coffee.. the taste, the way it makes me feel, and the social stigma that it tends to create. However, I have heard that it raises the level of cortisil in the body which causes you to hold on to belly fat, so in effort to reduce the size of my stomach (I already eat well and exercise plenty but have reached a plateu) I have given up coffee for green tea. Has anyone else had any success with this? Also Is green tea addictive (cuz it makes me feel good)?

that is great green tea is very good for you it speeds up your metabolism to help you to lose weight and also i don't think green tea is addictive <3
