hello, does Decaf green tea still have the same powerful anti-oxidants as the teas that have caffeine? also, are tea bags still ok to use and have the same health benefits as the powdered green tea? can anyone recommend a top of the line green tea that has no caffeine?

If you're looking for a tea with the most anti-oxidents, try White tea. Origins sells silver tip white tea with a very nice tea cup and strainer. White tea does not have alot of flavor, so you can add rose buds, or petals (natural vit C), cinnamon to lower gloucose levels (no more than 1/2 tsp daily of this stuff though, or it can affect your kidneys), lavendar petals for relaxion, or vanilla. You can add fresh fruits as well, blueberries for even more anti-oxident benefits. You can also check oriental apocatheries for teas. Make sure they have a good turn over though as teas do go sour when old. Oh, great pic, btw
