Camomile soothes and helps to encourage relaxation and rest. Peppermint is fantastic for digestive problems. Fresh ginger tea is the best cure for morning sickness or any other nausea that I know of. Basil tea is good to clear the head and help shake off headaches. Green tea is a brilliant detoxifier and anti-oxidant. Dill and Fennel tea are great for a windy tummy and can help a colicky baby if a breastfeeding mum drinks them. Drink what you like - your body will tell you what you need!

Raspberry leaf tea is good for pregnancy. Fennel and peppermint are good for digestion. Dandelion is a good diuretic s good for detox. Almost any kind of herb can be made into tea, although check a good herbal book for whether they are safe to take (e.g. in pregnancy or for epiletics) as they can be quite strong.
