Drinking the actual tea gives greater & more direct benefit compared to some supplement that has been processed…
By the way, drinking hot tea in the summer actually helps to lower your perceived body temperature, so I drink it!

There are two green teas that have worked very well for me, for weight-loss, and they taste great!

Sure. You just may need to consume alot of tea where the extract in the pill is in a concetrated form. Always use organic to recieve optimal benifits.

pills and extrracts dont have the antioxidants as the real thing. try panera's honeydew green tea i.c. beverage, it is great in the heat. in winter lipton orange, jasmine, and passionfruit is aesome.

yes its almost the same, but drinking it allows your body to incorporate it faster and therefore it works faster. But yea, pills are just as good.

With certainty, the processed pills are not so healthy and effective as the natural green tea..Cheers!!

extracts pull some of the properties of the tea but not all. there's no reason you have to drink hot tea. make a couple of quarts and refrigerate it, try adding some mint to your tea or slpenda to sweeten it a bit.
