I have the Green Tea “Fat Burner” Tablets from Costco, and I don’t want to take that much caffeine unless it actually works and is good for you. So do they work?

No pill will ever make you lose weight. The only thing that will is hard work and willpower to stick to a diet and exercise plan, and theres no pill for that.

No they don’t.
They might help you lose a little weight, but if it has a lot of caffeine, it can’t be too good for you.
Usually weight loss pills are habit forming, and the side effects are awful.
I would just stick to good old diet, exercise, eating well.
But if your looking for something where you can see results, do LA Weightloss
My dad has done this several times and he’s lost a lot of weight.

The caffeine might make you hyper and move your body more. Small movements you do not think about throughout the day can actually help you burn a lot of calories. I guess green tea is also supposed to control your appetite, but I’d rather actually drink the tea for that.
I think it is just better to actually eat fruits for the healthy antioxidants and exercise in order to lose weight. If they don’t cost a lot I guess you could try them out for a while and see if they help you. But I do think they would have to be used with exercise in order to have any effect.
There is claims that green the will increase fat oxidation (help the body use fat as an energy source) and raise metabolism. It is however not a proven fact. I guess Chilli is supposed to have a similar effect, as it is claimed the body has to work more to digest chillis and thus burning calories.

Part of the problem with a Green Tea Pill is that it does not have many of the other naturally occurring chemicals in it that real tea has that blocks some of the negative side effects of caffeine in the tea. Besides the previously suggested exercise, cutting out useless calories like found in sodas, fruit drinks, etc. can really help. Replacing such drinks with tea or water is a good step toward a healthy life and a steady weight loss plan.
