ok I am 18 yrs old weigh bout 140 5'2. my friend lost a lot of weight she told me it was mega t green tea diet pills. but i dnt know if the really work.. they did on her. but i read a lot of blogs and they say it dsnt work. i ran this morning for about 30 min. did some cardio. what other things can i do to loose 20 pounds easily besides the pills… hmmm? i still dont know if they are going to work for me. please help!!
wat else can i do to loose allt his fat. ewww gross!

To be honest Cindie I wouldn't reccomend any so called diet pills.
With the excercise you've mentioned doing (runnings for 30 mins) and a good balances diet with 3 square meals a day you'll loose weight the healthy way and feel better knowing you didnt have to 'cheat' it off.
