      My girlfriend started to us it but she saw no results and quit!! The best way is to watch what you eat and exercise!! Stick with basics- protein and veggies!!!!!

      what Wu yi i drink those tea stuff thank goes in bottle water and it is a metabolism booster

      Organic wu-yi tea would be the best, from a shop or online. And yes, it works for some people, boosts up their metabolism.
