Well long island is
Vodka
Gin
White Rum
Teqiula
Tripple Sec
Coke
Sqeeze of lemon.
In bar terms black usually refers to Stout.
And blue usually refers to Blue Curacao.
How you build these into a longisland and make it taste nice i dont know.

I couldn't find a drink recipe with that name specifically, but look at this website I have linked below… It has a few with the name "black and blue", as well as many variants of Long Island Iced tea, that may help you figure out what was in it. If you're still not sure, just ask a bartender next time you are out for a drink.
