I think it may have a fiber agent in it to make you poo more , hence the weight loss

yes, it does….it also works like a water pill, you have to go to the bathroom to pee like every ten minutes, but you definitely lose weight.

I think it is very healthy, it makes you lose weight. Look at all the people in Japan! Mostly all slim!
