I want to be healthier and grow my hair longer and I hear I have to drink 8 cups of water a day or something like that. I don't have the tolerance for water as much as I love unsweetened green tea with vitamin C. It's just green tea, no sweeteners or artificial flavors. But will it dehydrate me?

Green Tea will not give you the same benifit as water because there is caffeine in it and that will dehydrate you.
Want to Grow your hair? I recomend the following:
1. Balanced Diet with High Protien and High Vegitables
2: Drink Water
3: Vitamin E
4: Sunlight
5: Excersize.

VolleyBall,
You may drink unsweetened green tea as much as you want. If you could drink it as your everyday drink, it will help you to normalize your weight, collesterol, blood stress and diabetes.
You can do it with the following prescription :
boil 2 litres fresh water plus :
1 sachet Jasmine tea
2 sachets Green tea
then
drink the boiled those teas (jasmine & green) everytime you need to drink.
After two weeks you drink the green & jasmine teas water, you may check your blood and compare with laboratory result as before green & jasmine tea consumption.
Enjoy it.
