I dont know about the others, but green tea has been known to increase metabolism. Only slightly, but if you drink enough everyday, it can help

Myth, myth, and myth. Green tea doesn't really speed up metabolism unless you had gallons a day. However, green tea has wonderful antioxidant properties and some say it is an appetite suppressant. Plus, it tastes good! Green tea (unsweetened) is a far healthier drink than soda or beer.

no, it does not speed up metabolism, to speed up metanolism you need to use supplementary enzymes or co-enzymes, only they do it and green tea does not contain them.
it does detox your body, because it is a rich source of antioxidants. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioxidant if u wanna know how.
and they don't emulsify fat in your body. green tea does not contain anything that would do that.
generally grean tea is great for your health owing to its richness in antioxidants, it helps u be healthy and live longer
edit: it does not speed up metabolism directly, but since antioxidants in it, inhibit oxidation reactions in body and get rid of free radicals, it helps to maintain a better metabolism rate (does not speed it up)
** go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_tea under 'Potential effects of green tea on health' > 'unproven claims' u will see that "Increasing fat oxidation (helps the body use fat as an energy source) and raising metabolism." is an unproven claim. there is also a citation!

Green Tea Burns fat naturally and increases metabolism
Green tea contains high concentrations of catechin polyphenols. These compounds work with other chemicals to intensify levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis, where heat is created in the body by burning fuels such as fat. Drinking green tea regularly will increase your metabolism and help burn fat safely and naturally.
