My pregnant friend told me she can't drink green tea because it has THREE times the amount of caffeine as coffee does.
(yet i saw her sit there and drink three glasses of coke)
:)
ANYWAYS…. is that true? I always thought green tea had less caffeine than one cup of coffee.
thats what I thought, but the dr told her that green tea was worse…..doctors hey.. we should let tea makers run the world, they know more.

Green tea has far less caffeine than black tea, and that has considerably less caffeine than coffee. Green tea has three times the caffeine of decaf coffee, but not regular coffee.

It may do but most tea has a chemical which doesn't allow your body to absorb the caffeine.
