ok so i am 16 year old boy who is over weight at 173 lbs and at a height of 5′7”. I need to get in shape for new season in basketball but i just don’t have the time right now with school and now. So i have decided to drink green tea, but since i’m short for my age, my chiropractor told me not to drink alot of caffenine or else it stops my growth. So ya…. So how much should i drink in order to lose some weight and keep growing at the same time? And yes, i do exercise 3 times a week by doing the elliptical machine.
Plz help

Go at least an extra time on the elliptical machine. Just by drinking the tea alone and not boosting your work out routine you won’t loose the weight. There’s no miracle out there, just exercise and eating right.

Green tea will help as long as your following a good diet and exercise routine. Try the Fat X program.

It is supposed to help your metabolism and aid digestion, but overall it will not do anything major to your weight, best thing to do is eat six meals a day full of fruit, veges, low fat dairy, and lean meats (sensible portions). Eating six times a day helps you activate your metabolism and burn calories. Also do at least 5 days of exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. This should help you burn more calories and lose weight. Hope this helps.
