They say its only healthy to lose 5 pounds….. in about 2 weeks time…..but have a look around these links, if used correctly you can lose a good 20-30 pounds in only weeks time.

it worked for my mom and she is old no offense people in their 40s
but she drinks it every night before bed and doesnt eat after 8pm she doesnt work out or anything but she does housekeeping thats the only exercise she gets

I think it's good with water retention, IE it makes you urinate. It's generally good for you. The antioxidants are good for your brain, so they say. I drink it often, I need to with my brain.

Yes, whenever I have dieted and lost the most weight was when I stuck to green tea. Not only that, but drinking up to ten cups of green tea will stop you from getting any pimples and really good skin. Because the problem with dieting and working out, some people get really bad skin because of the oil thats constantly being sweated out, but if you fill your insides with green tea it absorbs all that crap. Im no doctor, but I know from myself and I aim to drink 10 cups a day, and i never get pimples at all now

It’s not green tea but read tea that it’s used to burn fat.
According to studies’ made in relation to the red tea, it was observed that the people having an overweight lost up to 18 pounds only with its absorption. People having a moderated overweight, up to 12 pounds and people having a light overweight, between 4 and 7 pounds.
With the diet of red tea, at a rate of 4 cups per day, it was observed a loss up to 7 pounds in 5 days. This diet is thus an excellent starting point when one starts a diet and should be followed of a balanced diet to ensure the slimming and not to suffer from a yo-yo effect.
If one achieved the goal and lost 6 or 7 pounds in 5 days, one will gradually add other food to the proposed menus: meats, dairy products, etc., and so not lose the benefit of the diet.
