Does green tea helps losing weight?

I need to the lose those last 10 pounds, but i can't. it is so hard being a full time mom of 11 month of twins. I lost most of the baby weight, but i have those last 10. I walk at least 3 times a week with the twins in a stroller. Anyhow, I heard that the green tea helps you lose weight. If so, what kind should i use. thanks.

      actually yes green tea will make you loose weight and it is way better than drinking coffee. it gives you good antioxidants and cleanses your body while giving you energy too (without the low after drinking coffee). i recommend you drink it! just exercise a lot and eat things with high amounts of protein. a really good and good for you breakfast in the morning is eggs and toast with milk and tea on the side. its the perfect balance and is bound to keep you focused, awake, and feel good too. it will also help you to want to eat healthier later in the day too. hope i helped and good luck!
