i just bought CELESTIAL brand green tea instead of lipton, is there a difference?
-does it have calories(i heard its like coffee, it says contains caffeine) how do i make it, it didnt come in packets?
-do i need to excersise for it to work in to lose some weight?
-how do i have to drink to help me lose some weight? (ill start drinking one mug of it everymorning (will that help or do i need to drink it every meal?)

First, it has no calories (unless you add milk or sugar).
Don’t know how to make anything that’s not in a bag (I think you can buy little balls that you place the tea in to let it seap).
You need to drink about 5-6 cups per day in order to burn 60 calories.
Is it good for you? Yes, it is. It’s full of antioxidants that repair your cells from free radicals. But don’t expect to drop pounds by drinking tea.

Yes, but sadly the lost weight is from the money that was once in your wallet.
There’s no scientific evidence to prove that it has any real medicinal properties, other than therapeutic.

Green tea usually doesnt have any calories, and should be sweetened with a low cal sweetner like splenda.
It can help with weight loss but it wont be a major answer for losing weight, just a small help. I drink 8oz before meals to help me feel fuller and give me a caffeine boost.
