Yes it does aswell as ;;*
1 - Interval Training
Combine both strength training and sprints into each workout. And as you progress, you can continue to add resistance and speed to your training. Interval training is much more effective in increasing your metabolism, than normal jogging routines.
2 - Constant Physical Activity
Do exercises that may not require as much strength than in workouts but allows you to constantly let your body get physically involved. Simple events such as bringing your dog out for a walk, or choosing to walk up the stairs than taking the lifts helps too. You can even volunteer to do the house work, which can be moping the floor, hanging out the clothes.
3 - Breakfast Is A "Must"
Did you know that there are many people who do not take their breakfast. Even though many of them know that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. And believe it or not, people who takes breakfast regularly tend to be on the slim side than those who do not.

It is said that green tea helps boost metabolism, curbs hunger, and is high in anitoxidants. Black, green and white tea are best choices. Teas flavored with pomegranite or cranberry are also said to be very good for you.
