does green tea really help you loose weight?

I'm trying to loose weight and i heard that drinking green tea boosts your motabolism. is this true? and what else could i do to help loose weight other than excercising and eating healthy? are there any other successful diets?

      yes it really helps a lot. its very healthy. thats prettyy much all you can do is eat healthy and exersise. there are also pills like maxi cut to help lose weight but its not very health. i suggest the green tea.

      yes it has antioxidents in it that will speed up your metabolism!
      you should google 3 day american heart association diet you could lose 10 lbs. in 3 days!

      excercising and eating healthy is the absolute best when to lose wieght and keep it off for awhile and green tea does boost you motabolism and it also can have antioxidants which is really good it gets rid of the unhealthy things in your body.

      Drinking Green tea or taking the pills??
      You have to drink at least 15 glasses/day to see results otherwise no!!! 1 capsule/pill = 10 glasses of green tea
      I take it myself (for its antioxidant properties) and I'd very much like to drop a few pounds but no it doesn't really work that well and you've got to do other things as well!!
