yep it matters
cuz smtimes certain kinds of food makes it hard to absorb the vitamins

It does not matter to much, just keep a even time space between them.

For vitamins, I think it's best taken in the morning. For the green tea, you should space it out throughout the day. I normally drink it in between the meals (between breakfast/lunch, lunch/dinner, & after dinner). That way, it seems to keep me fuller & make me less likely to snack on bad foods (like cookies or chips). I also find that it seems to work better when not taken directly with food either.

I would suggest you drink Green tea and take Vits after a meal…..Incidentally a Multivite is virtually useless!
Unless you are very much in need of vitamins.

It doesn't matter with the vit's or the tea.

Great question. I can only comment on the green tea bit.
Never take green tea with medicine, as it can interfere and interact with medication. But I think vitamins are fine, as green tea itself contains vitamins B, C, E and K.
It is best to avoid drinking green tea
1. with you meal
2. with empty stomach
3 when you have alcohol
So Angela 's advice of drinking green tea between the meal is very sound.

It doesn't matter at all if you don't take them at all, since neither will have any significant effects on your health, well being or weight! Stop putting money into the pockets of charlatans. Donate it to a medical charity. That way there is at least an outside chance you may one day benefit from it!
